Madison E. Barnhill

Madison E. Barnhill is an attorney with Todd and Johnson, LLP. Madison focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, business entity formation and succession planning, and real property related matters. She is licensed to practice in both South Carolina and Georgia. Madison received her undergraduate education at the University of South Carolina and her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law. Since graduating, Madison has served her community by volunteering on the Board of the Rotary Club of Lexington and with the Junior League of Columbia. Madison is a graduate of ACTEC’s Southeast Fellows Institute and is currently working towards earning her LLM in Taxation at Boston University School of Law. She also serves on the Legislative Subcommittee for the South Carolina Bar’s Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Section.

Madison is originally from Atlanta, Georgia but has made her home here in Columbia with her husband, Chris, and their two boys. In her free time, Madison enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling with her family.
