Claire Griffiths

Claire Griffiths is an attorney with Todd and Johnson, LLP, and represents clients in matters involving estate administration and planning. Claire is a proud “Triple Gamecock,” having earned all three of her degrees from the University of South Carolina: a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Social Work in 2021, a Master of Social Work in 2024, and a Juris Doctor in 2025.

Claire played for the University of South Carolina Women’s Soccer team from 2018 to 2022, helping the Gamecocks capture two SEC Tournament Championships. Claire continued competing on the field during the first two years of her dual Juris Doctor/Master of Social Work program, balancing the demands of Division I athletics with graduate studies.

Claire is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Following law school, Claire served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Amy W. McCulloch, Probate Judge for Richland County.

Originally from Wake Forest, North Carolina, Claire now proudly calls Columbia home, where she lives with her spouse and their two dogs.
