Dawn D. Clark
Dawn D. Clark is a partner with the firm and practices in the areas of estate planning, taxation, corporate formations, estate and trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships. Dawn graduated from the College of Charleston cum laude in 1992. After receiving her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1996, she obtained a Master of Law in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1997.
Dawn originally worked in the firm’s Columbia office, but having grown up in Charleston, she wanted to return to the Lowcountry. In 2001, Dawn opened the firm’s office in Mt. Pleasant where she currently practices. Dawn has spoken to various business, professional and civic groups on issues related to estate planning and taxation.
